CHARACTERISTICS

Japandi Minimalism as the Core Identity

The apartment’s design is based on a contemporary and minimalist concept, with minimalism being the key component of the Japandi style present throughout. Functionality and comfort are the primary qualities that define the space. By using materials such as oak, quartz, and travertine—only where its function is justified and protected—a sense of harmony and durability has been achieved. Aesthetic value arises from function, while the entire apartment exudes lightness and airiness.

Warmth of Wood, Balance of White

In the living room, light and natural tones dominate. Wood combined with white surfaces brings warmth and balance. A large modular sofa in a neutral tone fits seamlessly into the space, while the central stone coffee table adds a layer of textural depth to the interior. The space is shaped through a dialogue between rounded and rectangular forms, creating a subtle visual balance.

Curves That Soften Clean Lines

The dominance of curves and rounded forms in the interior provides contrast to the clean lines of rectangular elements, resulting in a dynamic yet harmonious aesthetic. This interplay is particularly noticeable in the design of furniture and details—from the arched mirror frame to the curved-edge kitchen island, adding softness and fluidity to the space.

Geometric Tiles & Natural Materials

In the bathrooms, a combination of light and dark tones gives the rooms an elegant and sophisticated appearance. The use of wood, stone, and ceramic contributes to a natural and warm atmosphere. Natural materials in architecture are not just an aesthetic choice—they serve as a bridge between people and nature, bringing warmth, texture, and longevity. Wall tiles with geometric patterns in warm hues add a sense of rhythm and vibrancy, while a round mirror reinforces the recurring motif of curved shapes.

A Kitchen Island with Fluid Edges

The kitchen is highly functional, featuring practical elements such as a central island with seating space and well-organized storage. White and wooden surfaces alternate, while a stone countertop adds rhythm and visual interest. Glass elements introduce a note of modernity and transparency, while discreet lighting systems highlight the clarity and precision of the design.

Earthy Textures that Breathe warmth

Natural tones were used to create a warm, minimalist environment filled with rich, earthy textures that are pleasant to the touch and visually calming. The palette is dominated by soft and neutral colors that reflect an abundance of natural light. In the bedroom, vertical wooden slats on the wall behind the bed create a subtle rhythm and add texture, while light fabrics bring a sense of comfort and airiness.

3D Wall Slats Adding Depth and Dimension

One of the three rooms showcases a combination of modern and functional design. A white wall with 3D vertical slats adds depth and interest, while wooden elements create a contrasting warmth. A mirror introduces additional light and dimension into the room.

Pastel Tones for a Calm Children’s room

The children’s room features a soft, pastel color palette, known to have a positive impact on emotions and well-being. These tones evoke a sense of warmth, comfort, and calm, often associated with childhood. A discreetly designed desk and minimalist shelving make the room both functional and adaptable to the child’s evolving needs.

Corners are made for relaxation

Corners throughout the apartment are transformed into nooks for relaxation—perfect for a cup of tea, a good book, or a quiet glass of wine at the end of the week. Carefully selected details, such as abstract artwork in light tones and stone decorative pieces, contribute to the apartment’s sophistication and add a touch of artistry to the interior.
